At the time of its construction, this facility was the largest wood framed structure in the city of Federal Way. The trusses are 16 feet tall and 105 feet long, and required special permits and clearances to ship from the factory in Tacoma. This facility can seat 1,000 people in its main sanctuary, which features a stained concrete floor. Two smaller chapels were also included, along with a nursery addition and extensive development of the ten-acre site.
