This negotiated project involved close work with the congregation and the architect to ensure a quality project within a tight budget constraint. This 13,300 square foot sanctuary and classroom addition to the Sammamish Hills Lutheran Church was completed with zero accidents during the 6,475 man-hours of construction. Shinstine/Assoc. showed its true dedication to the project when our Site Superintendent married one of the county inspectors. This project was built on time and 15% under budget.
