Project Description: The contract includes general trades, related site work and bidder design Mechanical and Electrical work for a new single-story, wood framed, slab-on-grade structure. The scope of the project includes construction of the building shell, interior bathrooms and interior partition walls. Existing footings on site will be partially utilized for the new building. The scope also includes bidder designed electrical and mechanical systems including rough-in for future tenant improvements. The building area is approximately 3,044 square feet. Bidders are invited to visit the site at any time to review existing conditions.
