Project Description: The contract includes general trades, mechanical, electrical and related site work for the partial renovation of a 2 story, wood framed structure with masonry exterior walls. The project includes conversion or the current upstairs office and storage area into a teen shelter for homeless teens. The scope of the project includes electrical and mechanical system upgrades, new fire suppression and domestic water connection, seismic retro fitting, abatement, and a complete re-roof. The area of work is approximately 1,760 square feet on the second floor. Some additional work occurs on the main floor including seismic upgrades throughout the building.
