Also known as Rosecrest, this project includes 50 units of multifamily housing plus one manager's unit totalling 56,000 square feet in five buildings. Each building is three levels high, built on an uphill slope requireing extensive site work including structural retaining walls. This facility is located in the TALUS Master Planned Community in Issaquah.
