This project was initiated by Boeing's generous donation of a triple-wide manufactured office building to St. Joseph Church in Issaquah.  It was decided to construct a full daylight basement at the facility to support the portable structure, generating approximately 5000 square feet of combined space for classrooms and support.  A 12-foot by 14-foot stairwell was also added to join the two floors.  The existing portable building was remodeled extensively to meet the facilities needs.
