The Puyallup Valley Veterinary Clinic is a new 3000 square foot facility. Located on the site of the old clinic, we worked with the Owner to construct this facility while maintaing operations in the old clinic. This allowed for a minimum of disruption and downtime to the business. Once occupancy was granted for the new building, the old building was demolished and remaining site improvements were completed.

January 10, 2002 - Old clinic demolished, starting remaining sitework. New clinic is up and running.
October 25, 2001 - Finishes and trim being applied
August 31, 2001 - Framing almost complete
Old clinic before construction. The facility remainied in operation during construction.
