Pioneer Place Three is a new alzheimer residence.  The facility is similar to Pioneer Place Two, which was constructed by Shinstine/Assoc. in 1998 on the same site.  Pioneer Place of Summit was also constructed for We Care, Inc. just down the road from this facility in 1996.
