Shinstine/Assoc. is a licensed and bonded General Contractor that has been in business since 1965. We are very competitive in both large and small commercial projects. We perform work on both open bidding as well as negotiated contracts. Our workforce includes a Tenant Improvement Division to handle commercial renovation, remodel and improvement projects.

Our commercial projects include retirement homes, multi-family housing, banks, schools, fire/police buildings, worship facilities, medical facilities, and resort development.

At Shinstine/Assoc. we make that extra effort to ensure your project's success. We have assembled a truly professional and talented group of individuals who are proud of their accomplishments. In addition, we have been honored to receive ten first-place "Excellence in Construction" awards from the Western Washington Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors.
